Comic books have so many advantages. They are an excellent medical educational tool for younger patients or for those who have a lower literacy level. Large amounts of critical information can be conveyed in a concise, yet user-friendly manner. They do not even realize that they are learning. In addition to enjoying the engaging story line, patients are able to learn about healthy lifestyles through games, quizzes and puzzles.
Children’s storybook
We are in the process of developing a children’s storybook where a young girl is the driving impetus to help her mother take action and stop smoking. Stay tuned for our new publication.
